January 20th, 2020 Forbes Japan presented the “Small Giants Award” national competition in Japan. Kawaguchi Steel Industry (a group company of Kens.co) won the Grand Prix. 120 companies were nominated for Grand Prix awards. Among those competitors, the Kawaguchi steel industry selected for such awards finally.
In the first of the regional tournament, six companies gave presentations on the stage where judges and visitors voted for the Kawaguchi steel industry for the grand prize for the year 2019-2020. CEO of Nobuhiro Kawaguchi has presented a business model in Africa on behalf of the Kawaguchi steel industry on the stage. This awards motivated him to go further to light up Africa in the future as he stated after winning such awards.
